Elevate Yoga & Barre Studio

Love this yoga studio! I just finished my two week package, going to check out another studio to see where I'll put my membership but I'll definitely be back even if it's for a 10 pack! I used to do a lot of yoga & weights but have been out of the gym for over a year - Kathy's gentle yoga class was the perfect introduction back into yoga. That class as well as the Vinyasa taught by Saray were wonderful. The instructors are incredibly kind & helpful. My only qualm with this studio is that Kathy & Saray don't teach more classes, as well as there not being any options for people to go before work (would love a 6am or 6:30 option but I think the earliest is 8:30).

Phenomenal studio, I recently joined have have been going to a different class each day! There are a large variety of classes from yoga, barre and pilates! They even have Wall Yoga which is a new favorite of mine. I am very happy I found I found this studio!

Elevate was recommended to me while I was visiting NY.  I took Ashley's Barre Fusion classes and Gina's Yin Wall classes. Both of these instructors were absolutely wonderful and the classes were challenging and fun.  It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back and take classes with them again!
