        Annes 7 Chakras and 12 Steps classes were amazing! Not only did I learn more about the 7 chakras, their elements, mudras, and more, being with a small group of like minded people was the best part! Anne is a wonderful facilitator and every event or class I attend at Stonewave has been an exceptional experience. Stonewave is truly a community. Namaste, Monica

        This morning I was at a yoga class in Poughkeepsie with Anne. I am an empath so I go by vibes and energy. Very warm environment & the class was awesome. Clear directions and we were advised to go at our own pace. I will attend more classes as I try to enter into this vegetarian lifestyle. Also, incorporate some aerobics at my college gym. Thanks again for a great experience!
