It was a pleasure dealing with the whole process., from making the appointment to having the issues taken care of by your service department. The young lady at the service desk was very helpful with the whole process.

This has been the worst experience Ive ever had with service at a dealership. My car was kept for 6 months with minimal communication. When I did manage to get through to anyone in the service department I was breadcrumbed information about the status of my car repairs and never received a single callback when I left voicemails. This was the 3rd time I had gone to this dealership for the same issue and each time I felt like they didnt believe me when I explained the problem. At some point I did receive a rental for a couple of days but otherwise I was told the dealership either did not have cars available and/or Hertz didnt which I find hard to believe is true in the span of 6 months. Since I bought my car here, I expected to continue all future servicing and Buick interactions at this location. After this, however, I will not be returning nor will I recommend to anyone who values transparency and their time.
