I honestly would never bring my Car here to be serviced I took my car here on a Tuesday and it’s now Monday or the following week and still no Guarantees that my car will be ready today or tommrow. When I call there’s always an excuse to why things aren’t done the Man who’s working on my Car is very nasty and showed no compassion what’s so ever to the fact that I’ve been without a car for a while week missing work and school while they play around with my car and never was offered a loaner car. Healy Chevy is by far the worst dealer and I regret Bringing my car here overall. If you can if use another Healy dealership and stay far away from Healy .Terrible Customer Service

I have taken my work vehicle to be serviced there for years. Chris (service advisor) is always a gentleman. Last week there was an issue after my mother's car was repaired. John (service manager) took the time to listen to my concerns and made things right. He far exceeded my expectations!

Just recently purchased a new 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from Healey. I had a pleasant experience throughout. I live about 1.5 hours away from the dealership, so working the deal over the phone and text was a must for me. Duke was my salesman and had no issue working with me over the phone. He was able to hold the truck for me until the sale on my current truck went through. I showed up a week later with the rest of the down payment, signed some papers and was on my way in about 30 minutes. I was happy with the financial arrangements. Healey did not mark up the price of the MSRP during this current vehicle market. Several other dealers I looked at were charging over MSRP. I also received $1500 off in available allowances. Very happy with truck, would by from Healey again in the future.
