Im so happy that I found this apartment complex. Thanks to the help of Leah, the leasing agent! Shes been so patient and helpful through this whole process. Shes very good at what she does. If you're looking for an apartment in this beautiful complex, Leah is the person to go to! I cant wait until my move in date.

Leah the leasing representative is amazing she made my transition to this beautiful apartment an ease . Leah is informative and knowledgeable on all aspects of the complex and I am so disappointed that she would no longer be the leasing representative of Royal Pointe apartments hopefully the next Rep can remotely step one foot in her shoes. This apartment amazing and I want to thank you once again for helping transition into my home.

I just moved into the complex and so far things are great! Building maintenance was needed and he arrived quickly and fixed what was needed. Thumbs up!

My parents and I have lived at the Grand Pointe Park Apartments (now Royal Pointe) for nearly 6 years. We love it here and want to stay for many years to come. So, of course, we were weary when a new company bought the apartment complex. However, after a lovely conversation with the Community Manager, Evelyn, I feel more at ease. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, assuaged some fears we had over the idea of new management and what it would mean going forward, and was just overall incredibly friendly, attentive and understanding of my concerns. Evelyn has since left and I havent had many interactions with new Community Manager, Jessica, but the ones Ive had have been wonderful so far. Looking forward to seeing all the great things the new management company will do in the future! And its not just the front office that have proven how great this new management company is. Every encounter weve had with the maintenance team, especially Angelo, has been amazing, as well. We recently had an emergency - a flood in our kitchen. Angelo was here fast and worked quickly and tirelessly to find the source of the water, fix it, and help my parents clean it up (theyre senior citizens and cant do a lot on their own, so this was so appreciated). Grateful beyond words.
