Kaal Rock Manor Apartments

Been here for 11 years never had any issues that werent corrected in a timely manner. As far as management we had Mike he was ok, then Ted he was good but Jay is great. Buildings got painted grounds looks good, Pool is finally getting fix I cant wait. Neighbors are pretty friendly. Laundry rooms can be updated but Over all its a great place to live.

I have lived in Kaal Rock for a few years and it has been nothing short of a wonderful stay. From a location standpoint, the apartments sit right by the Hudson with great views and I can catch firework shows from right outside. Kaal Rocks grants you peaceful living not only because of the location but also because of the Apartment Manager, Jay. He is someone that at all times is ready to help and you will soon feel all doubts and worry vanish as you can truly depend on Jay - He is a one of a kind Apartment Manager.

We have been living here for almost half a year and the two times that we have requested for maintenance they have come by within a reasonable time and asked if we need anything else. As for snow removal they are pretty good at removing snow within a reasonable time the only issue is that people sometimes don't move their cars but in my opinion just looks bad on the car owner as it should be common knowledge to move your car when it snows.

Kaal Rock is a great place to live. Within waling distance of the train station and numerous restaurants. Jay the property manager has been incredible and makes sure anything broken gets fixed very fast and efficiently. And everyone is super friendly

As a tenant at Kaal Rock Manor Apartments for a solid decade, I've seen some major upgrades thanks to our property manager, Jaquan. Since taking over he's made a huge difference. From sprucing up the common areas to tackling maintenance requests lightning-fast, Jaquan's been on top of it all. Since Jaquan took over, it's been smooth sailing. The place looks better than ever, and any issues get sorted out no problem Plus, he's always got a friendly vibe that makes living here feel like hanging out with family. Big ups to Jaquan for making Kaal Rock Manor feel like home sweet home.
