Yet another small business that clearly doesnt grasp good business or customer service. Zero integrity or business acumen. Debbie had the audacity to tell me they wouldnt honor my order of a dozen premium roses and instead I would have to pay $20 extra for the Valentine's dozen, if I wanted them delivered on the 14th; what a racket. No apology at all, just her smarmy condescending tone; not a care in the world about how dishonest her bait-and-switch tactics were. Ill be glad to pay extra from the florist downtown rather than support the anti-consumer Nelsons.

Truly cannot say enough good things about Nelson's and the team there. We've been going to Nelson's for years and years for special occasion florals and recently worked with them for a wedding. Not only was Cortney immediately responsive, communicative, and super knowledgeable, but the finished product was more than we could have dreamed of. There were literal gasps when we saw the finished product. We could not recommend Cortney and this team more enthusiastically. Book them for your wedding!!
