        Ordered a standing spray on December 1st for a wake on December 3. When we arrived the purple flowers were already wilting. All the other people's flowers were fine. For $280.00 I would of expected better. Spoke to the manager and showed her a couple pic's and she refunded us a whole $30.00 very very dissatisfied and will never shop there again.

        I have ordered easily a dozen times. Birthday gifts, thank you gifts, I appreciate you flowers. I have never once been even slightly disappointed. Everything has always been stunning and I'll always be a customer. You care and I can feel it. Thank you :)

        I ordered online from CA to have flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday and they blew us both away! Beautiful full arrangement. My mom even said at first she didnt even think the flowers were real they were so pretty! Thank you guys for making her day

        I LOVE this florist! I called yesterday, and spoke to Katie. She was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgable and most of all, helpful! I told her was that my daughter liked purple. Purple flowers are not in season, but she put together the most beautiful arrangement, including special treats, and it was delivered to my daughter this morning at work. Fantastic quality and amazing staff!

      We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the product and service you received. We work very hard to provide floral arrangements that are highly regarded in design and quality. This arrangement was created using the colors requested. Our farm grown kale was incorporated to add more of the color you requested. As was explained, the arrangement was delivered on Saturday for the Sunday service, as we are closed on Sundays and we have no knowledge of the temperature conditions it stays in until the service. Unfortunately, the kale did not hold up. Upon speaking with you, you stated the rest of the arrangement was fine. It was difficult to see the condition of the stems you were referring to in the picture you provided. We did issue a refund for more than the amount of the four stems of kale. We welcome feedback and take our customer service very seriously. It is unfortunate that despite our efforts to remedy the situation, it did not meet your expectations.
