They’re a joke. Once Covid hit I haven’t even gotten a legit appointment without them changing my counselor or something dumb. I’m now broke and in a very bad mental state and yet they couldn’t care if you off yourself or not to get you on the proper meds sooner to help. These counselors and staff do NOT care for your well being in the end.

Saddest excuse for therapy I have ever aeen. Complete lack of coordination or care. Counselors are non existent, impossible to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. I scheduled and waited a month in a really tough spot in my life to meet with a counselor who seemed immediately useless. The following week she was on vacation so I met with someone else temporarily and decided to switch to her but never got confirmation, although I was supposed to the next day. I finally called back, to get no info whatsoever other than I had apparently been switched to the new counselor but was never confirmed, let alone given another appointment. I scheduled an appointment for two months from then. Again, in a very tough spot in life and now it had been multiple months of waiting already. I called to get an earlier appointment or switch counselors and was given my counselors extension and was told she would be able to "accommodate" me. I left a voicemail almost in tears saying I really needed an earlier appointment, and didn't even receive a call back. What happened here was that I fell through the cracks of a very very poorly maintained establishment. I will never return. This is unacceptable in so many ways, but all I have to say is that best self is lucky I wasn't worse off than I was. They're dealing with mental health and they don't even RETURN the voicemail of someone reaching out and saying "I really need to come in sooner"? Please do not go here. Find somewhere else. Don't let this, or something worse, happen to you or your family.

Unorganized, they don’t take the time or effort to care about your mental health. It’s best if you’d search elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone seeking help.
