We recently utilized Premier 1 Plumbing's service and found it to be a fine experience. Mike was efficient and direct in addressing our plumbing issue that occurred unexpectedly on a Saturday morning. We greatly appreciated his flexibility on such short notice. He was timely and got the job done.

Mike is a true professional. All I did was tell him the issue and send a really bad photo and he knew exactly what to bring over for the job. He repaired my faucet for the tub and was out of the house in 15 minutes never seen anyone work that fast. Also, he came at 8:30 PM. This is the second time he and his team have bailed me out, for a fair wage. In an industry with highly unreliable people, Mike is the outlier. Give him a call, you’ll be glad you did! Called Premier 1 plumbing after hours for what I thought was a boiler issue. He was at our home in a half an hour and it turned out there was no issue and that we simply hadn’t switched on thermostat correctly. Didn’t charge us a service fee or a fee for coming after hours. We didn’t actually get to use his service but will definitely call should any plumbing issues show up. We appreciated the honesty and not trying to take advantage of new home owners .

Charged us $150 to tell us we had a leak. We knew that!!! Should have informed us of a consultation fee!!!
