We are so very pleased with the work performed by ABest! We contacted them (and several other companies) to install a new roof and a front entrance portico. Upon a physical inspection with Ed (owner) and his lead carpenter Dimitri, it was discovered there were several structural repairs that needed to be made prior to the roof being installed. We took that opportunity to increase the pitch on our house and the transformation that resulted was incredible. From beginning to end we are very impressed with the work performed by Ed and his team. Ed met with us several times with design suggestions as we went along in the process. Before construction even began, it was obvious to us we made the right choice with Ed. The crew, headed by Dimitri, were all in on getting this project done. Hard working, very respectful of our property/landscaping and great communication with us on throughout. Ed came out daily to ensure the project was running smoothly and answer any questions or concerns. There were no concerns. We HIGHLY recommend ABest - you will be as happy as we are.

After questioning salesman regarding use of subcontractors and was told they do NOT subcontract their work, it was a lie. They DO subcontract their work. Their work was less than professional, using nails into the chimney to secure the flashing. Mortar should have been used. They never used flashing or drip edge for the gutters, subsequently causing the rain to go behind the gutters. They admitted to not caulking the gutters.gutters do get caulked, drip edge should only be used. Ultimately, they sent out a professional crew and they removed and installed the gutters with flashing. Needless to say, their work is sub-par and unprofessional. Stay away.

I do not recommend they use unfair practices. Owners are city of Tonawanda slumlords.Disrespectful owners they can not control their own property .That being said , Why would they care about yours? They do
