I couldn't be happier with the work that was done at my home. The crew worked long hours every single day and kept in communication during the entire process. I needed mold removal and a complete gutting of my basement. They kept everything clean and never left a mess while they were working. Any questions or concerns I had were handled immediately. I will be using them for all my future home projects.

We just had our roof done. The service was excellent. Luis is excellent with communication. The roof looks beautiful. We are very satisfied with Luis and his very hard working team. We will be using them again for other jobs!

**Update** TL/DR - These guys charged me for work never performed and what they did was of poor-quality. They then lied about refunding some of the cost (for work they didn't actually do) after getting mad about my review. Run away from these guys. After reading my original negative review, L-Pro contacted me and asked me to take it down. After offering several excuses for shoddy work they performed, they said they would not cash the check as a means of making things right. I said I would amend my review if they mailed me the check. BUT THEY DECIDED TO WAIT AND CASH THE CHECK ANYWAY. I guess they thought I would forget about it. These are as dishonest as any business people you could ever encounter. Enjoy your ~$2,000 you effectively stole from me. I hope many people read this review and decide to find an honest person to work with them. This one was a real bummer for me. These guys were actually responsive up front and were able to fit us in to repair a leak in our roof and clean up water damage. They did a good job on the roof repair, but then completely failed with the cleanup and repairs. They also tried to overcharge us (and succeeded). Details below. They charged us about $1000 for mold remediation, but only took out a single piece of insulation and a 2x2 ft section of drywall. They then didn’t respond for several days before coming back and putting in a single blower and no humidifier to dry things out. In their quote, the acknowledged they needed 3x blowers and 1 humidifier, so they knew they weren’t doing the job up to even their own standards. They then said the job was done but after a cursory inspection, I found 5x bays of attic insulation completely wet and moldy. L-pro charged too much money for a service they provided at a subpar level - to the point that I had to pay someone to redo the work. They then “lost” the check we wrote them and had to get another one. When the technician came back and I told him about the issues, he said it was our fault that we didn’t discover the wet insulation and call them back. Given the fact that the office wouldn’t return our calls and when reached, said they couldn’t get out to fix the drywall for 2 weeks, I decided to go with another company that could actually be trusted to do the work. These guys are supposed to do mold remediation but they failed to find obvious wet insulation and mold on our drywall. But according to them, that’s my fault for not catching their mistake and letting them try to fix it…again… I then spent 20 minutes trying to get the technician to stop trying to overcharge us for services they didn’t render. For example, they charged around $300 for the 2x2 ft section of drywall removal. They also tried to charge us for the humidifiers and equipment they never used. Seem like nice enough people, but are not good at their jobs - or at least the didn’t do good work for us. Services: Water damage cleanup, Roof repair, Mould inspection, Mould removal

I have used many restoration/disaster recovery companies over the years and Fire/Flood stand out in my experience as the best without a doubt. Fast, accurate, professional, experienced, good communication. They are excellent at what they do and we will use them again. What more could you ask for - except not having a disaster in the first place! I really Recommend all This company.
