Well, let me say I had 3 estimates before TE Roofing came. His price was "spot on", with the current market. They are polite, respectful, on time. Very professional, they clean as they go. They finished my roof in under 8hrs. That's stripping to the bare wood, look for damage, replaced damage wood. Ice and water shield, dripedge, clean up old shingles, nails removed, tarps cleaned, load New shingles, spread them and begin. Thorough, to the end....
I would HIGHLY recommend TE Roofing to any and all who are in need of his services... You can contact me for verification. In addition, my house was supposed to be completed tomorrow, roof completed today then gutters tomorrow. Nah, not this guy! I contacted Manny on Friday for a small shed roof (7 square). He looked at it on Saturday and came by Sunday morning to do the job. He arrived on time and got immediately to work. He got the job done and cleaned up the job site. He and his guys were professional and did a fantastic job! Other contractors quoted me lower but had a lead time of up to 4 months! Call Manny!! TE contracting was recommended to me by another builder so I knew they would be excellent.
Extremely professional, pleasant and courteous. If they said they were coming they were always that on time. They worked tirelessly to get the job done.
They replaced the siding on my home. It looks amazing. The attention to detail was second to none. And the walk around after he had finished showed the honest pride in his workmanship.
