The guy who answered the phone was sarcastic… within a minute into our conversation. It went like this : “I bought a house on Rt. Xyz I want to know if you have records on it and want to set up a date for you to come out” his response: well how would I know which house it is if you don’t give me the full address “ to which I answer all you had to do ask for it your sarcasm isn’t needed” . He said he didn’t like the way the conversation was going and wouldn’t do business with me. The lack of respect is a hint to what is to come. Too bad I couldn’t give him zero stars.

I have had two great experiences with Rob! Most recently, he fixed some long-standing issues with my electrical system and I am really happy with the result. In both cases, Rob was very effective: he assessed the problem, outlined the possible solutions, made a recommendation and fixed the problem quickly and at a very fair price. His communication skills are excellent, and he answered my questions and concerns. All repairs were completed as agreed. His price is very fair and he worked quickly. Rob is definitely my ‘go to’ for all heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of his work, gets back to you right away, very fair pricing and very honest and upfront about what he can or cannot do! Best customer service! Highly recommend!

I am in the process of selling my house. The home inspector for the buyer stated that my home had an issue with the plumbing. Rob quickly came over and did a full overview of my waste line and reassured me that nothing was wrong and documented it so I could move forward with the sale. Rob was very fair, priced excellent and expedient with his work. Definitely recommend Thanks!

Rob came to service my house in the Marlboro area and worked on both our boiler and our AC unit. Great communication throughout, he works clean, has fair prices, and is pleasant to chat with. I was happy with his service and because of this I will also be using him to do the yearly AC/Boiler maintenance as well in the future. I would absolutely recommend. Thanks Rob!
