I called GGEHS to fix my heat. They shared that it would be 129 to come out. Fine. The technician who came said I needed a new thermostat and valve - for which they wanted to charge about 1700. That is not a typo. BUUUT, first he wanted to run a diagnostic, which was going to be 370. Yes, a lot about this is confusing... I asked him to show me where on the system the valve sits, and he said he would show me after the diagnostic. I said thanks for coming and that'll be all... paid the 129 plus tax and will never call them again. Stay away...

Very positive experience! I had a number of plumbing requests in a 100+ year house. As is to be expected in this situation once things are opened up more damage becomes apparent, but Brad and Felix took it in stride and worked tirelessly to get the job(s) done. I now have a much more functional kitchen and bathroom! Drains are draining, faucets are flowing, leaks are fixed, and I now have a built in dishwasher instead of a portable one. They did their very best to accommodate all of my requests and honor my wishes regarding how to proceed. In addition I love the software that Go Green uses to let you know when your tech is on his way and you can even track them to know exactly when they will arrive. This was VERY useful! Communication throughout with the techs and with the main office was very clear and persistent, no having to chase anyone down! Quotes were provided within 24 hours. Overall a great experience.
