        Inferno hot Pilates with Lena was AMAZING!! Challenging, but she made the class so fun. I cant wait to go back. 48 hours later and my abs are still sore.

        One Yoga NYC is amazing. I never thought I would enjoy hot yoga, but this place is really great. The space is beautiful, the instructors are helpful, and the practice is rejuvenating.I always leave feeling accomplished and ready to start my day (I go to the early morning classes). I'm looking forward to my next class.

        I always look forward to my hot yoga sessions at Ritual! Such an amazingly intense experience: everything from the meditation opener, flows to the beat of the music, aromatherapy incense, and cool mint towel finish. I always leave Ritual with a great workout, feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day.
