Quality 1st Basement Systems

I will update this after the service is performed, but I was very pleased with the overall booking and quoting experience. I felt that my specific needs were addressed with very friendly attitude.

Quality 1st Basement systems was a great pick to take care of water coming in after heavy rainfall. We were manually pumping water out 24hrs for 5 days until Quality first came in. The guy who came for the estimate got down on his hands and knees and took care of our immediate problem so we didn't have to manually pump water out anymore. From start to finish they were always 5/5 on customer service. The crew came right on time, worked from 9 to 9 non stop. I've never seen people work so hard and long. Whenever we checked in, everyone stopped so I could speak to the foreman Luis Aquirre. Throughout the day they kept asking if I had any questions. The job was done well, no cutting corners. Before they left, they wiped the floor and cleaned up after themselves. We had the Best team lead by Luis Aquirre and Esa Aquino. Thank you guys for working so hard. The best part is that we have a lifetime warranty. The peace of mind was worth the project.

Quality 1st Basement Systems: Mr. Juan Garcia was the Crew Foreman who installed my TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Juan was punctual, very professional and courteous. He took his time to explain what he was going to do. When I asked questions he answered them thoroughly. My basement was left clean. Juan and a member of his crew put plastic over the items in the basement. They worked diligently and cleaned up all debris. At one point while working Juan ran into an unforeseen problem, and he explained to me the issue and told me not to worry, and that he would take care of it. That is exactly what he did. Juan and his crewmen worked very well together. The system was installed and the job was completed. Juan explained to me how the system works. He assured me that if I had any problems with the system that I could call Quality 1st Basement. It has been raining for several days and I have not had a problem with water in my basement. Thank you, Juan for your installation expertise.
