I didn't ring him too use him for concrete grinding as I'm like 6 hours away, I called for some expertese on grinding away epoxy, and the bloke couldn't have been more helpful. All the best for your business.

Great work from Declan and the team - came and removed all the carpet from our renovator’s delight with minimum fuss and a quick turnaround. I considered doing it myself, but for the price it was a no brainer to go with them. Highly recommended, and I don’t often bother to write Google reviews.

I received a quotation from Declan by sms for $1500 to remove carpet floor covering and laminate floor covering. Declan’s employee (Leo) was punctual and as my furniture was in-situ, must have informed Declan. Whilst I was moving the furniture I received an sms from Declan to inform me that he was going to add further costs for furniture removal. I was concerned about his haste to charge me extra for a service I was competently performing on my own. I informed him that his employee wasn’t moving the furniture at all. He was very, very quick to want to obtain more money than what was quoted. After the carpet had been removed, I consulted Leo and we decided that the laminate flooring was in good condition and unnecessary to remove. So I informed Leo not to go ahead with the laminate removal. That Sunday evening I received an invoice from Declan containing two (2) line items: one being for carpet removal and the second being for laminate removal. I politely requested Declan to amend the invoice by removing the second line item as that service was not performed. Declan has refused to amend or issue a correct invoice for the service rendered because he claims that under his terms and conditions invoices can’t be amended. This despite the fact that he felt no such reservations in wanting to hike the price up. Additionally he didn’t make me aware of the terms and conditions until some 36 hours after the job was completed. It doesn’t make sense does it? Now he is threatening me with legal action and trying to bully more money out of me. Is this the way one conducts business these days? It’s totally fraudulent to charge for services not rendered. I understand that times are tough and money is hard to come by. But hypocritically threatening to sue someone over a disputed item? Come on! And as can be seen from the owner’s response below, I’ll update you all on the outcome of this fanciful legal action. Customer not informed of terms and conditions prior to job commencement, service not rendered as itemised, bullying and intimidation of customer, deceptive conduct, oh my what has he got himself into? Declan, remember what I told you about engaging one’s brain?? $150 for a service not provided. The cost of legal services charged per 6 minutes. And you think a magistrate is really going to come down on your side? You’ve got no basis of claim whatsoever. Looking forward to reading your solicitor’s $500 argument. Update: That’s right folks, never heard from him again. Some advice for all: don’t allow yourself to be bullied, hold others to their word, call out dishonesty, and always keep a record of correspondence. I can only imagine how many have been ripped off in the past and how many will fall victim to this buffoon. Declan, having worked in China for several years representing our federal government, and being half Chinese myself, I think you’re understanding of what constitutes racism is lacking. Perhaps focus on your shortcomings in terms of behaviour and business ethics would be time better spent.

I have frequently used Carpet Removal Sydney over the years as our preferred contractor for: - Removing Epoxy From Concrete - Rooftop Waterproofing Removal - Tile Removal - Slate Removal - Magnesite Removal - Paver Removal They have never let us down, their team always shows up on time, in great spirits and gets the project completed on time and within budget. These guys often complete large scale commercial projects for us and i must say no one keeps up with their speed or standards of workmanship. They have great dust-free jackhammers and concrete grinders and use only high end brands. Great to see a young Australian business owner doing things right! Service: Flooring repair

This business sets the standard by which all trades should be measured. They answer their phone calls and emails promptly, arrive on time, are friendly and courteous, do a great job , leave no mess, don’t play the radio. A pleasure to deal with. I wish we could get more trades up to this standard.
