Just received my new Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41mm just in time for Christmas. My entire transaction was professionally done with Elan. He gave me exactly what I wanted and sized the bracelet to fit. Todays day an age it’s very hard to find honest people who can guide you and lead you towards the right direction. Walking in to this place was very challenging just because I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. But when I walked in and I was greeted by the receptionist and very quickly directed to the sales rep Jonathan. He really blew me away , he’s customer service was amazing , caring, and very knowledgeable . He took his time to show me watches in my budget I’m really glad i have met him . Thanks for helping me

I worked with Jonathan at Luxury Time to get my fiancée a watch for our wedding day. Jonathan went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. He was recommended by a friend and when I reached out he was extremely patient in helping me select the perfect watch for my husband to be. Whether it was over the phone, text or email, he always made himself available and put my mind at ease. Once I decided on the style, Jonathan made it happen! He found the exact model I wanted within a day and made the entire process so enjoyable and memorable. I surprised my husband on our wedding day and he was beyond happy and quite honestly shocked!
