    Do not use this company for Internet service. I have been trying for over a month for them to fix a service issue with my Internet going out sometimes for hours during the day and it happens several times a week. Ive had two technicians out that explained that I needed a new cable replaced, the technician was supposed to come out never showed up never called and then it was scheduled the following day without me knowing when he was here, I have cameras showing that the truck was never in front of my house .. Im just not sure what kind of review they want me to leave for their company when this is very frustrating they dont listen to their customers At all. I was involved with customer service for 17 years, knowing that I wouldve been fired if I treated any customer in this way, especially lying to the customer. I see why they have poor ratings. Im just not sure if theres a really good Internet service company out there.

    Signed a contract to have fiber optic run at my business and home. they showed up at my business and installed the fiber optic within 2 weeks. It was supposed to be a bundle deal on one bill which was supposed to be mailed to my house because the business doesn't have a mailbox being in a shopping center. 2 months go by and no show at my house for installation. In the meantime, they shut off the service at the business for non payment. Of course they sent the bill to the business which we never received. When we inquired about the internet not working the rep. told us it there was a technical problem and they would put in a work order. 2 days went by and no call. I called again and was transferred to billing. They told us we were up to date with our payment. a couple days later I was told it was shut off for non payment after it was still not working. Now they want 4,400.00 for early termination after we canceled our service. They breached their own contract by not installing at my house. These are the most inept, disfunctional people I've had the displeasure of knowing. It took hours on the phone for them to even find my business in their system and couldn't even figure out why my internet wasn't working. Meanwhile my bill jumped from 154.00 a month to 206.00 for dsl internet and landline at my home with no explanation. And yes they keep sending bills a month after you cancel just so you have to call again. I think their reviews speak for themselves. Edit: after I responded to Alaina she contacted me but never heard anything back from her again. I keep getting bills as of 4/10 even though I cancelled service in January. Each bill is for a different amount. They can't even get that right.
