Everyone is really nice and helpful, and its easy to get started as a beginner. You also feel like you learn a ton even after just one class. Def recommend!

Super friendly and genuine people who care!! Tsaih, the owner is interested in your personal goals and always checks in with you. The studio is clean and even has a gym! I'd highly recommend to everyone!!

Genius place!!! An incredible workout and a very welcoming place to everyone across the spectrum, athletes train alongside people who think push ups are a kind of bra. We all help each other be better fighters, and our supportive and genius teachers are there to set the pace to challenge us safely. Ive lost so much weight and gained so much confidence. Plus, its fun and a good source of stress relief. Its a great school with a packed schedule and a thorough and realistic curriculum. (Genius is the better word for this place since it deserve more praise and it would be underappreciative to call this place that b word)
