Alex is a great broker. We've used him for 3 tenants over the last 6+ years. He's extremely pro-active and does way more than you would typically expect from a broker. He organizes everything for you ahead of time, fills out paperwork, contacts you when a decision needs to be made, keeps you informed, serves as the intermediary between the potential tenant and the condo board on your behalf, holds on to keys for you etc. He was more informed about the entire process & status of approvals than I was. I've come to rely heavily on him. Would recommend him 100%.

Alex is a rockstar real estate agent that you can trust. He helped me on two separate occasions, both in looking for a new apartment to rent in LIC and also in finding a new tenant to take over my place when I needed to move out on short notice for a new job offer. Both times that I've worked with Alex, he's helped to facilitate the entire process, and was extremely thorough and awesome to work with. When renting a new place, it definitely felt like he was 'on my side' and he helped me to negotiate with the building and get the best deal. When I was looking to lease my place, he went out of his way to find me a great deal with a professional photographer and created high quality marketing for my unit. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Alex as he helped us find and purchase our first NYC apartment. Alex is extremely knowledgeable on the different neighborhoods within Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. We were interested in many areas of NYC. Alex helped us get a feel for the different neighborhoods by creating day plans of open houses and private showings. He provided insight on buildings, landmarks, and positives and negatives about each listing and the area. There wasn't a building we asked about that he didn't already have an extensive knowledge of. He was aware of planned construction and subway closures that may affect us in the coming years. Alex is personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He made sure that we were taken care of 100% of the time. He was diligent and organized when it came to fulfilling our board package - he did not miss a beat! In the end, we found the perfect apartment and got a great deal on it. Buying a home in the NYC market is challenging, but working with Alex made it painless and straightforward.
