The Broad Exchange Building

The Broad and Exchange Place building is a very unique place to live. What makes it especial in my view is their team members at the front desk and the rental management. Prior to pandemic it was fun place with their amenities such as roof garden, Gym, Game Room, pool tables, ping pong table, TV lounge room etc. During pandemic it has been a place that is managed by Covid19 protocols. One last thing for me to share with anyone or any family who are going to rent there is that folks who work there, people like Ornel (Rental manager) , Sal, Bryan, Joe, Fernando, Edwardo, Moses, Abraham, Ben, Michael, Mikhaeel and every one who maintain the building and provide services to the tenants at The Broad and Exchange Place Building. I share this from my over 5 years stay there.

moved into this building was referred by a top real estate agent and given the red carpet treatment to find the apartment after living in the apartment for 9 days I saw roaches coming out of the plumbing. Building maintenance especially the manager Ornel was completely incompetent asking me to tell him how to solve the issue with the roaches. Like Im an expert and just absolutely ridiculous. They run the building like its a tenement ghetto apartment except on the outside it looks clean but get inside the walls and its all disgusting and dirty. They've hung up on me and said at least you have the biggest apartment be happy with what you have and act like they are untouchable. Worst NYC living experience in my 30 years of renting!!!!
