I ordered a number of products from this company in February - we are almost in June and I have received only one of the (I believe nine) products I ordered.
Two months had passed and I remembered that I had never gotten my order. I emailed them in April to ask about the status of the order, I was informed that they had been hit by some of the infrastructure failures in Texas and were delayed. I understand a delay and having to move products from one place to another for safety or logistics.
What I do not understand is why after two months I was not informed that there was a delay. There was no courtesy email, no letter, nothing.
Do not order anything from this company. You'll be waiting for 4 months and still have no idea where your products are. They won't email you to keep you updated, they won't give you an ETA, and your money will disappear into a black hole.
