FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I have been working for this company for 20 years and by far this has been the worst store I have been to. Their customer service here sucks. One the Spanish ladies always have stink attitude. She never greets their customers. Shes always busy or out to lunch or break or hiding in the back. I have spoken to the usual guy that do this route, this area and hes very nice. Hes always willing to help when these people here dont know what the heck theyre doing. And he shouldnt even be helping me, he our delivery guy and I respect him for that. Im never coming back to this FEDEX office.

Thieves work here! Went to drop off a package. Counter guy asked what was inside the box. Stupid me for answering. You already know the result. Guy at the counter emptied the box. Phone trade-in stolen...receiver got an empty box...I owe $750 to cover the stolen trade-in. Fully intend to report to the NYC police and FedEx corporate security. Choose any other location...avoid this one!

The guy who work there ask me what was inside the box. I ended up saying phone was inside the box. But samsung ended up receiving empty box. Fedex not supposed to ask what's inside. Don't go to this Fedex if you have any valuable staff or if they what inside then leave from there.

10/10 service. I pulled up at 7:05 when they closed at 7 and they easily couldve turned me away but Ajanique made sure I got my print order done in a speedy manner. Handled everything with such ease and care even though it wasnt a small order. Go to her. This is my go to print spot
