        Standing out here at 8:43AM. Hours posted on door say 8:30AM they open. No there is no one even inside to open it. Guess whoever told the other reviewer saying they do not open on time that theyd forward the concert to the proper people were lying.

        The flood of negative reviews for this UPS store didn't surprise me, given the terrible and downright inhumane service I experienced today. I went there to return a package that only needed a tiny piece of tape. But the store manager, Chris (the one wearing a hat), refused to give me that small amount and insisted I buy a whole roll. I was shocked since it had never happened to me before. I had to go to a liquor store to borrow some tape, and even the guy there couldn't believe it! When I returned to the UPS store, the manager came up with another excuse, saying my package wasn't good and I needed a new one. I asked to speak to the manager, only to be told that he was the manager. I was deeply disappointed that people like him held such positions. Anyway, I went to another UPS store where they accepted my package and even added some extra tape for me.
