        Called numerous times to only be hung up on. Finally scheduled an appointment. Within the hour they called me back to reschedule the appointment. Time frame was 2-5pm. I was told tech would come closer to 2, 4pm came and hadn’t heard from the technician. Called and was told it’s going to be closer to 4:30pm. 5 came and the technician is delayed and would come from 5-7pm. Do you really expect people to be waiting around for 5 hours, with no communication from the company?!!? I had to follow up with them. As a new customer, it’s horrible experience.
