After speaking with frank initially everything sounded up to par until jermil showed up very rude unprofessional didnt have a uniform on so i asked him for id thats where he got upset Frank then calls me with a raised voice why am i asking his employee for id then i said i want my money back then Frank was very vulgar with me i do not recommend these guys at all beaware of this company Service: Rodent extermination

I don't even know how to express how wonderful Frank and his team at 24 Hour Pest Control NYC are, but I'm going to try. If you don't read the rest of this review, whoever you are, this is the moral of the story: don't waste your time calling other exterminators (even if they have great reviews) -- your rodent/pest nightmare begins AND ENDS by calling 24 Hour Pest Control NYC. I'm serious. Also, I never write reviews; I am writing this one because we have had a months-long battle with rodents, and I'm kicking myself for not calling Frank in the first place. If I had, this problem could have been dealt with months ago. I'm hoping this review can save someone else from that mistake. First, it's worth mentioning our experience up until Frank and Jarmell saved the day. My roommate and I have been dealing with rodent problems in my apartment since we moved in a couple of months ago. Our landlord had been incredibly unhelpful and difficult to get ahold of. When we were finally able to get our landlord to send a maintenance person out and "seal" behind the dishwasher, we thought we were clear of problems, and then we continued to see mice(?) (rats? Don't know, don't care. Gross either way). After a bunch of research, we contacted a different exterminator with great reviews, who said they would come inspect the place for $250, and then they would come up with a proposal and send someone out to actually deal with sealing/fixing the problem for another charge of $400-$3000 depending on how bad the problem was. Lo and behold, at least a week after their initial inspection, even though we had followed up with them every day since then, we hadn't been able to get them to schedule a follow up appointment. Finally, while sitting in my bedroom with the door open at 7:30pm last night, a mouse started to come into my room -- I slammed my door shut, searched other exterminators, found 24 Hour Pest Control NYC, and called. Frank answered, and said they could have someone to my place in 1.5 - 2 hours. Frank himself arrived in 1.5 hours on the dot (9pm!!!!), and I honestly thought he was just going to check the couch (where I thought the problem was) and do some remedial measures until he could get back out to my place for a full treatment/seal of the unit. Nope! He inspected everywhere -- the bathroom, behind the dishwasher (where my Super had allegedly already sealed it -- Frank took one look at the Super's work and then looked at me and said "what the hell is this?" There were still holes back there!!!), he even looked outside of my unit and in the hallways of my building, where he identified other problem areas. I initially had no idea he brought along Jarmell, who came upstairs a few minutes later, and those two spent at least two hours in my apartment from 9pm - 11pm on a Monday night, sealing everywhere they could. Also!!! Frank was extremely transparent with me about pricing; after checking out the problem areas, he stopped and told me what he could do for what I was able to afford. I wasn't able to pull together the cash for a total treatment of my property right then and there, but boy did I get my money's worth -- there were no surprise costs, and he charged exactly what we discussed on the phone. I was waiting and expecting surprise costs based on how much work he did (did I mention it was 10PM ON A MONDAY NIGHT???), and boy did I get my money's worth. With that said, he showed me around and told me the additional things he would do if I had opted for a total treatment of the property. If I continue to have problems, Frank will be my first call. Frank & Jarmell: I promise I won't make you come back out at a moment's notice next time. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I feel so much safer. You're amazing!!

After trying multiple exterminators, I finally found Frank and his team! They were professional and did the work to keep pests away for good. Super grateful

I found a rat having a buffet in my trash can last Saturday evening. After my super told me it was a non emergency I called frank and his team to come help. Within an hour and a half, Ahmad and Jermell were at my residence. They quickly identified the hole and set traps everywhere to give me peace of mind. Frank came by a few days later to inspect and recommend any additional work that may be needed. This is a top notch group that cares about its customers. In my case, a rat infestation is a huge deal to me. They understood the severity of the situation and handled it with professionalism and detail. This is who you want to fix your issues when rodents and creatures are present in your home. They are not interested in providing temporary stop gaps, but permanent solutions that prevent rodents from returning. This is the A team.
