I can honestly say that I've never been so impressed with a niche fragrance house before. I might be slightly biased being half-chilean and loving the familiar scent profiles of South America, but this is one of the very few perfume houses I still feel is worthwhile. Blended in the old-school tradition and extracted by the perfume house itself (rather than using 3rd party sources for the raw materials), this house is expensive, but extremely worth the money. The time and craftsmanship that goes into each one of these fragrances is incredible. Not for the faint of heart or inexperienced in the fragrance world, however, as I guarantee these fragrances won't smell like anything you've ever smelled at the mall before. Forget your Creeds and your Clive Christians and your Rojas and your other well-blended but overpriced hype houses. As far as I'm concerned, THIS is true artistry.

The store and fragrances are beautiful but the reason for this review is for the customer service I received by associate Elizovetta.
While we were in the store she took her time, explained 20+ scents, & listened to exactly what we wanted. It was an extremely pleasant visit to the Madison location.
The store didn't have the exact perfume in the size we wanted and she has kept in touch with me for weeks, going the extra mile to secure our preferred scent and has been extremely professional & patient the entire time.
One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had.
