        I have spent a lot of money. Went there Sunday March 20th, 2022. I had been offered an exchanged and discount for a damaged item by one of the sales manger confirmed via email. When I went to the store I met with the Assistant store manager who refused to honor the email and commitment that was agreed upon. He proceeded to belittle me about exchanging in the first place and said I should shop else where. I would never reccomend shopping here. If I could give negative stars I would. Balmain corporate If you want to charge $900 for damaged sweatpants please look into treating customers more appropriately.
