Rating is for the administrative staff: Unfortunately, scheduling an appointment with this team a week in advance is not enough time for their coordinator to return your calls asking if the physician they want you to see is within network. I had specifically asked these questions a week ahead of time, and followed up twice more, leading up to my appointment. It wasn't until I arrived at the office for my appointment where they asked their coordinator if my visit was covered. Essentially, their practice accepts my insurance, but the doctor I would need to see to assess my shoulder injury is not in network, and I would have to pay for the visit out of pocket. I'm glad I held off giving my insurance card and ID; I hear this practice is very good - just be persistent about getting answers regarding your insurance. The administrative staff seems overworked and requests seem to get dropped.

THIS PLACE DOES DO NOT DO MRIs OR ANY OTHER TEST ON THEIR FACILITIES. While I was looking for a location to do an MRI their page came across, but when I called I was told that "WE DO NOT DO MRIs OR TESTS HERE WE WILL REFEREED YOU OUT" and hang up. I'd hope they can not confused their patients with misleading information.
