I had a very disappointing experience at The Evelyn. Not only was I charged twice for my stay, but the staff was unprofessional and did nothing to resolve my issue. I do not recommend staying here.
I could write much more but I already wasted too much of my time dealing with them.

The rooms are very posh. Magnificent views of Manhattan and close to Madison Square Park and the flat iron building. Amazing views of the empire state building. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 5/5 More

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Evelyn. I was celebrating my fianc's milestone birthday and I connected with Leonela, the manager there. She went above and beyond to make the entire birthday experience so amazing, I was in awe of the effort that went into decorating our room prior to us checking in. The front desk staff and bellmen were very nice and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We also had guests in our party that were staying at the same hotel and I requested they be on the same floor as us, which the hotel front desk graciously accommodated. Saturday evening we even got drinks at the hotel bar and the bartender was very friendly and nice as well. I could not be happier with my stay here and will definitely come back.
