    Lisa is great! She taught me to be mindful about eating and food (when are you truly hungry? When have you had enough to eat?), and provided specific coaching on food choices, portion sizes, etc. Its a very positive approach to healthy eating; no diets, no taboos. I lost significant weight over several months and have maintained a healthy weight for over 5 years since. Working with Lisa was one of the most important decisions I have ever made for my overall health.

    Lisa is an absolutely amazing coach and expert. I was fortunate enough to start working with her just before the pandemic - an incredibly challenging time for so many of us when it came to movement and eating, and she armed me throughout with common-sense advice, tools, wisdom, and techniques for coping with the difficulties of emotional eating. While I did indeed lose weight (over 10% of my starting point), it's not about being on a "diet" and when you start doing the work you realize why diets have never worked in the first place. Working with Lisa, I gained a completely different mindset around how to eat and how to choose food that serves my mind and my body - and how to identify when the emotions that I am feeling are not hunger but something else entirely.
