Anya is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and is a great listener. She helped me work on cleaning up my diet, supplementing with the right vitamins to increase energy, and get my hormones regulated. Anya has been incredibly helpful with improving my fertility, hormones, inflammation and gut health. I was able to come off of hormonal birth control and get pregnant quickly after working with her, and havent experienced any autoimmune flares or digestive issues since. Together we did comprehensive blood and stool testing which she then explained to me in depth. Her functional medicine and integrative health approach was been life-changing.
