The worst food delivery service ever!  Do not believe the hype.  Deliveries were not delivered as promised, did not receive the food as promised or ordered.  Horrible service. So disappointed.

If you follow any diet, it works. I have lost like 3000 pounds with Jenny Craig over the years, but that has nothing to do with JC and just with the fact that f someone will weigh me every week, I cannot disappoint them. That is why i have a lifetime subscription. Well, this time I went to the JC on 3rd and 33rd and boy have things changed! Their sole objective is to sell you stuff. There is this program but only if you get ALL meals from Jenny. Well that does not work for me as I travel a lot and obesity is a chronic disease. If I do not learn how to eat, I will get the weight back. And that is not something JC wants to avoid!Before, I used to have one counselor and I saw her consistently. Now, I only saw the same person twice. So every time was like, what program are you on? Why do you want to lose weight (duh)!What made me leave was that despite having my lifetime subscription, they wanted to charge me a renewal fee. Go figure. In conclusion, if you want to pay Eleven Madison Park prices, for airplane food (economy class) and you like to be treated as cattle, this is your place!

Big scam operation. They are big on "bait and Switch" Offering big discounts and then  sneaking upcharges onto your credit card. Customer service is arrogant and unhelpful. Food is overpriced and their key is just feeding you small portions. If you like being fleeced, sign up. They will do a good job of parting you and your money

This place is a wreck! You go in and you speak to someone and all they really care about is selling you a program. I had a real nice consultant her name was Grace and I finally grew a bond with someone, I went in for a consultation and I found out they got rid of her and left me in the dust with the other girls I don't like. You can tell there is no organization amongst the employees and it is as so the manager Ashley doesn't seem to care to clean it up! Go to a different center if you must.

I've been on Jenny Craig for almost 4 months now and it's been an amazing experience. I walked into the 3rd Ave location in Murray Hill one evening and was greeted by Ashley. She was very helpful and provided me with all of the information I needed. I signed up the very next day. She now is my Jenny Craig consultant and I visit with her weekly. She has been extremely supportive and helpful. Every time I visit, all of the consultants and employees are friendly/welcoming. The food on Jenny Craig is a lot better than I expected. I happen to be a very picky eater, but I've managed to find many different options that work well for me. I've ended up spending less money weekly buying my Jenny Craig food than I did going out to meals. Joining Jenny Craig was the best decision I've made and I highly suggest looking into their program!
