Nice and clean, big bathroom in comparison to bedroom size. Staff seemed to struggle how to explain the additional $35 per night you have to pay plus tax as a credit in the bar/restaurant. 1 manager said we could roll all payments into 1 large sum so we could eat a meal the other 2 managers said we couldn't????they take the payment even if you don't stay for a drink or food it's a bit naughty. I was charged $8 for a small can of beer poured into a glass and then was expected to pay a tip😂.right near Central station. If it wasn't for the $35 extra a night I'd give 4 stars👍

Highly recommend. GM is top quality. Staff makes sure your entire stay os going well and you are happy. Any special requests they are happy to help as much as they can. Highly recommend.

Really disappointing experience. A long while back I booked a couple of nights with credit card points. The room we were given had loud strange noises but the front desk was nice enough to move us to a different room that made a slight difference. The problem is that a couple months later, I noticed a charge on my card for the entirety of the stay. I called and after playing telephone tag, someone barely admitted to the mistake in a patronizing way like, "the manager isn't here, but you'll get your money back so it doesn't matter." No one apologized, no one called later as promised. I understand that people make mistakes, but the least you can do is apologize for potentially double charging a loyal customer - an issue that I had to catch months later. I expected more from a Hilton.
