I spent 7 nights in this hotel and I have to say I would recommend it. Small rooms, we were 4 adults and we were a little cramped considering the trolleys we had with us. But we were there just to wash and sleep in the hotel, so we didn't have much inconvenience. On the other hand, the location of the property is excellent, right in the center of midtown a few steps from the main attractions. The breakfast was almost all the same every morning, but I must say that it satisfied us with respect to what we were looking for, it's all subjective.
However, you have to go down early to find seats, the room is small and fills up quickly.
A plus for bottles of water, both cold and room temperature, for every time you want to take them for free.
I would stay here again.

One of the women at the counter had a very poor service attitude! She doesn't think about the customers at all. She will pretend not to understand your needs because of the language barrier, and she won't care about you. The key card often fails and she doesn't clean it carefully. If you want to have a wonderful vacation, please don't stay in this hotel. !

La excelente atencin de Richard Berry y todo el maravilloso team del hotel, nos hicieron pasar una semana fantstica en NY. Recommend this hotel 100%, you dont forget the experience. The breakfast, the rooms, the bed, the quality of staff its amazing. Thanks a lot! We will come back soon.

Review of this property is extremely low holiday inn Express Chelsea 232 W 29th St, New York, NY 10001 starting off this location has forced advertisement. The fourth advertisement is the jacuzzi which is located not in the room but in the bathroom which is extremely small. Only if it's one person. The picture that they post up is not the same size one they have in this location I spent 283.99 on a Jordan Nike sneaker box room also to add insult to injuries and room 1205, there is a issue with that so-called jacuzzi when you fill it up, black soot comes out of it so you really can't get in that jacuzzi with black soot. This needs to be checked by management. I complain to the front desk and nothing was done so all together I give this location a score of two....
Rooms: The jacuzzi is not located in the room but in the bathroom so it's false advertisement from the picture I was shown
