Extremely dissatisfied with this service. Set up was timely and complete, however we have had continual issues. Service interruptions are extremely frequent and last a long time. We are often told "it's a system issue" and they have no timeline to resolution. Service interruptions are approx once every 2-3 weeks. I have now begun to formally document all disruptions. This is crippling for our business. Support line is outsourced and only occasionally knowledgeable and helpful. At one point a rep completely disabled our system (accidentally) and took considerable time to resolve. Can't wait for our 3 year contract to expire.
