Jelaina was fantastic to work with!! She was organized and efficient. Credentialing is a difficult process, and she clearly and patiently communicated the process and different requirements. I was never left wondering the status of my credentialing. She really took the stress out of it and made it a seamless experience!

This company is the worst ever since 2 months they have been working for my company nothing to show for it. I am always the one contacting them for updates regarding my application and the most frustrating thing is that they send to something name Availity I did everything correct and get the papers notarize like they ask me to do and pay to send it overnight to the company two days later I receive an email saying that my paper has the wrong drivers license number on it. Before they notarize it the person check my ID. SO....
So now last week I receive a call from the person that sign me up for their services asking me for payment because he told me the way the company work is that I have to pay half of the money upfront then pay the other half after I receive my credentials. I was so surprise when he call me to ask for payment. I don't know if they are a scam but if you guys are a scam like I said in the email this morning please refund my money back to my account I am not longer interested in your services. Thank you
