We've recently partnered with CureMD, and it's been an absolute game-changer for our practice. Over the past few months, we had to quickly transition our practice management systems due to the failure of our previous system, which was incredibly stressful. With three locations and numerous providers, the thought of switching providers on short notice was daunting. However, CureMD has exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Their implementation team has been nothing short of exceptional. They've been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire implementation process, addressing any inquiries or requests within minutes to an hour. This level of support has been invaluable during such a critical transition period. One of the standout features of CureMD is their comprehensive set of tools and features. Their documentation, prescribing capabilities, lab features, and internal fax system have become invaluable assets to our company. Not only have these features saved us hours in labor costs, but they've also streamlined our workflow significantly. Constant problems. We had to close our office today because there are power outages where the servers are located so I had to cancel an entire day of patients who needed to be seen. For the amount they charge for their services they should have a power back up to their servers
