I have to say Andrew Paniagua is an amazing teller at East 52 street on 3 avenue , he is very helpful and so positive , greets you with a smile and welcome you to the branch , I must tell you that this makes me feel good each time I visit , and I look forward to see him , thanks again Andrew for your services

When I entered the bank panic stricken after having my account scammed at home., Gabby immediately recognized my distress and tried to calm me down in a number of different ways. She offered me water, told me everything would be resolved, and offered to help me in anyway possible. I found Gabby to be professional, caring and very assuring. She seems like a wonderful employee. I also worked with Carl Simms to resolve this issue, and he worked with me for at least an hour and a half making all the necessary phone calls. He resolved as many issues as he could for me, and by the time I left I felt relatively sure that I was safe and that my account had been locked thanks to his intervention. This morning when my phone rang, I was extremely grateful to hear Carls voice calling to see if I was fine after Yesterdays distressing episode. Your bank has two incredible employees and the third one who is sitting with me now to help me write this since I would not be able to manipulate your website. His name is Andrew Paniagua. Very bad experience... nasty people work inside. have no manners how to talk with people...

The tellers and other staff are good.the managers are more interested in giving lectures on NY state notary law or other inane technicalities rather than actually helping you with what you need. A simple and polite you need an appointment to clarify these details would suffice rather than an exasperated recitation of reasons why they CANT help. There appears to be a massive failure of communication between various departments. Wells Fargo deserves their reputation entirely.
