        This is one of the worst insurance companies I've ever dealt with personally & working as a provider. They don't answer the phone, hang up on the providers, & are quite rude. Half the time they don't have the correct information when you do get to speak to someone.

        Never received new cards and just went to dr and told I was terminated. After I flipped out the receptionist called and I wasn't terminated. Just given a new id number. Let's see how it takes to get new cards.
