I've been a customer of James Heins for at least 10 years. They have been helpful in advising me on both auto and home insurance products. James, in particular, brings a human and knowledgeable touch to an industry that most of us dread. I like that he makes a point to touch base every year just to check in.

I was with James Heins’ Allstate agency for many years (I’ve lost track, but 7-10). Their customer service is attentive and professional. You don’t just call an 800-number and speak to a different rep every time, you will get to know the impressive staff at the agency. Jim calls annually to check in to see if you want to review your policies. I also had to deal with a broken water pipe in my apartment and a minor auto collision claim during that time, in which Jim was a helpful counsel and Allstate was great to work with. I have moved but have stuck with Allstate based on this positive experience.

Do not recommend using this agent as they do not follow the law when it comes to unwanted phone calls.
