        Awful experience I rented an apartment there for a year in 2016. I was supposed to receive a mail that has very important paperwork , the front desk received the envelope , when I went down to take it , it was open and empty. I asked the manager to look at the camera footage , she claimed she does not know the password. After few days she claimed that the footage was lost and accused the police officers of causing the loss of the footage when they came to the building to investigate.The manager Was very rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend for anybody to stay in this building.

        I was in USA for business purpose. Stayed there spring 2014 . The apartment was quiet, clean and spacious, professional and friendly staff. Convenient location - few minutes walk from Times Square.
