Staff member woke us up early just to find out when we were checking out. I find that rude. Ask the front desk. Also was told our deposit of $150 would be returned to us when we checked out. Now being told 3-5 business days which now is going to cost me money because i have to borrow against one of my cd accounts. What kind of desk staff doesnt know their own policies? Id expect to be treated better as a customer especially since I am a platinum member of their choice rewards who uses their hotels every week.

This hotel is bad. Even it's cheap, it doesn't worth. The room is dirty. The front desk service is terrible and rude. When there's a problem, they will ask you to talk to their manager Bibi, who is never in the hotel, doesn't have a phone number, and never answers emails. This Bibi probably doesn't exist.
