Caution when booing this hotel!!!
My credit card was charged April 2nd for $428.28. We stayed at this hotel March 4th-6th paid for the stay in full December! When I called I could not get an explanation as to why my card was charged a month later I was not in NY and didnt book another stay, they said that can happen if some one orders room service we didnt, have a pet, we didnt or smoked in the room we dont smoke! They could see all of this from the notes I am sure that I didnt have these things. They said they couldnt explain it why are card was being charged. Reversed it and said sorry gave us a $40 gift card. That didnt Help the time I have to wait for the process of their Reversal. Was very unsettling they couldnt explain why this happened. I will never use this hotel again!!

3rd day here, 3rd day without proper sleep. breakfast is very poor, sofa beds are useless for sleeping, construction works super loud and everything in the room is shaking.. after complaining everything u get is a sorry, but no solution. i cannot recommend this hotel by any mean.
