We were very satisfied. Our room was renovated and was large enough for a family of four. The staff were very nice and the adjacent Wuish restaurant was outstanding. The hotel's location in the immediate vicinity of Waldstreet and Battery Park as well as the Brooklyn Bridge is also outstanding. Chinatown and Little Italy can also be reached in a short walk. Price-performance ratio is right here.

First impression was promising. The staff was very welcoming and the location is central to a lot of the activities and venues we requested through our trip. My gripe is with room service during one of the nights on an issue with plumbing. Called the desk multiple times to have someone sent up with equipment and it was a no-show. Ended up falling asleep waiting for them. Called the morning after and got placed on hold twice. Both holds were so long that it ended up ringing again only to go silent and me having to hang up and call back. Once I get someone, I tell them Ive been placed on hold and also didnt get service requested from last night. They argued with me and coped an attitude. To add insult to injury, we leave the building and a piece of hard plastic from the ceiling falls off and hits me on the way out. I wasnt hurt it just knocked me but damn.
