Great service, prompt response in an emergency situation, and a reasonable price. I can't say enough about their service. They were able to work around my busy schedule and results were visible every day. The entire job was completed faster than I had previously expected. They were able to work with my budget and come up with several options for everything that was needed to be done. My partner and I were so excited to take home our newborn a month ago. We became very concerned when she kept getting ill over and over again and the doctors couldn’t pin point the cause. We took drastic actions giving away our cat and putting out all our plants and it still persisted. NYC Mold Removal & Remediation was recommended by a family friend to us. We booked an appointment and the team came in. It was discovered that there was a leak in one of the walls of our daughters nursery that turned into mold. This couldn’t be seen to the bare eyes not could you smell it. Without NYC Mold Removal & Remediation state of the art equipment used to test the air quality we would have no idea of this issue in order to address it. The crew were very professional and clean. The mold was remediated exactly one day after he got the test results back. With their attention to detail and ability to explain the issue to us in a way we could understand our baby girl is now doing well.

Outstanding service! I highly recommend them. They did excellent work for us, we had mold in my attics. They explained everything very thoroughly.Their team was very professional and compiled detailed reports about our mold levels, both pre and post remediation. They got the job done quickly and barely disturbed the space so I could get back to work. Thanks a lot.

Guy and his crew from long island mold removal are fantastic, I wouldn't choose anyone else to do our mold removal and restoration at our house in Atlantic beach NY They took out time constantly during the remediation process . Bottom line they were very honest and true professionals I hope I'll never have mold again but if I do I'll call long island mold removal again.

NYC removal and removal are the best , know why ? Cause they are reliable and honest. I was dealing with mold issues at the my crawling space for long time and delt with few companies before but I must say that nyc mold are awesome it was a pleasure dealing with then cause I felt that they really care and efficient, the office reply quickly to any question and the workers who did the work were very courtes and lovely and did a great job for reasonable rate !
