Alex did a great job for me personally when i was purchasing a home, as well as for various customers who have used him multiple times. He is efficient, always on your side, and gets the report back quickly. Alex is the best and I look forward to working with him again!

Im very satisfied with Megapolis Home inspection service. I used them couple of times, the first time I was ready to close on a house , thankfully THEY identified many issues with property and even a big foundation issue that could have cost me a lot of money. I backed out of that deal. On the second property ,my inspector Alexander was very thorough and identified several issues as well.The House owners were able to fix the issues and finally we closed on the property. Overall , this company saved me a lot of money, they were professional and detailed oriented and I have referred them to others which also had positive experience.

It is always a pleasure working with Alex. He is very knowledgeable and accurate. Alex takes the time to perform an extensive inspection and comes up with helpful suggestions where needed. His inspections reports are clear and delivered the same day.
