DON'T buy online from them online during COVID. I got an RMA to return a few high end plumbing pieces and they WON'T credit me because I shipped it to the wrong location of theirs! Terrible customer service, ridiculous so BEWARE!!!!! And it took them multiple times to get back to me after I repeatedly contacted them for a return. DO NOT USE THEM.

Poor customer service, could not get my email set up after three times needing to call and correct it. Of course, it wouldn't be an issue except there has been several delays in delivery with no way to track the delivery status without needing to call. Very disappointed.
